| GruttoVision is a panoramic photo system developed
by ShinShu Associates. |

| How it works? |
Either video camera or digital camera is placed on a turn table. Table
turns around in ca. 90 sec. shooting many shots. The images files collected
during the revolution then are sliced and tiled to compose a very wide
image. This wide image endlessly moves in horizontal direction on browser.
This motion is written in JavaScript.
The video camera used is DCR-TRV900 from SONY while digital camera is Dimage A1 from Konica Minolta. Slicing and tiling of images are done on Adobe PhotoShop driven by JavaScript. |
